The Manager of Operational FP&A will be responsible to help PT Solutions drive operational and financial excellence in our clinics. They will be closely partnered with our Regional VPs of Operations and senior leadership team to evaluate clinic level performance and lead the FP&A planning process for the clinics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead the operational budget and forecasting process for at least two business units / regions of PT Solutions
• Assist in the development of a best in class financial and operational reporting process to provide strategic advice to operating partners and develop action plans for performance improvement
• Lead monthly operational reviews for individual business units reporting to senior leadership (including CEO, CFO)
• Assist in the development of a rolling 18 month forecast/planning process and annual operating plan
• Participate in M&A, financial diligence, or other strategic projects for senior management as needed
• Preference for candidate to be based in Atlanta and work in office 2-3 days a week
• Coach other analysts on the Finance team to improve and enhance their analytical, communication and leadership skills

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Window-based applications
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and urgent items
• Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong analytical, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a leading academic institution
• MBA preferred but not required
• Experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling including extensive experience working with operational or business unit leaders
