About this role

You will serve as a Managing Partner for our Consumer and Retail vertical. This is a quota bearing role where you will partner with senior leaders in driving growth for our entire consulting practice. Primarily responsible for building and maintaining client relationships within C&R.
The role includes identifying industry business challenges and working collaboratively across the organization and our partner ecosystem to bring the right combination of capabilities and offerings necessary to achieve the best business value and outcomes. Works with internal and external channel partners to identify, sell, and manage the delivery of the organization’s professional services, including oversight responsibility for several very large engagements. Ensures that practice client satisfaction, revenue, profit, sales, and utilization targets are met.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for growing our Consulting services within an industry while cross-selling or pulling through additional services provided throughout our corporation.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, customers, advisors, and consulting, offering leaders on industry-relevant topics and repeatable service opportunities needed in the marketplace.
  • To develop and foster long-term relationships within both our clients’ organizations and our corporation
  • To represent our organization and capabilities to achieve great business outcomes for our clients and company at external and internal events.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six or more years of consulting experience, including at least two years of planning and driving account expansion and Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in C&R and more industry/consulting specialty areas
  • Experience developing and executing industry-aligned sales campaigns, playbooks, and growth plans
  • Experience working with client executives at multiple levels (e.g., Directors, VPs, CxOs) in leading collaborative sales/pre-sales plays
  • Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity, anticipate problems and take decisive action,
  • Ability to adjust the personal style to different situations
  • Strong leadership and ability to build, collaborate and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Willingness to travel

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110,300 - $204,900.
