CONTROLLER
- 7+ years Manufacturing accounting/ Cost accounting/ Financial Accounting
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Perform all cost accounting
- Accurately update cost accounting system
- Work with AP/AR and Operations Manager to prepare and complete month end reports
- Help with benefit renewals, open enrollment, & other HR tasks as needed
- Communicate Human Resources and Financial plans across the organization
- Work directly with the President and CFO on both long- and short-term financial planning
Job description
The Controller is an essential part of the Leadership team and is responsible for the management of the financial and information technology functions of the business.
Areas of responsibility, among others, will include financial reporting and general ledger, and oversight of, as well as direct participation in activities of cost accounting and general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all information systems. The right candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and overall business analysis for the business, and support the financial reporting needs of the President, and CFO.
JOB LOCATION: PRINCETON MN & ROGERS MN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
