Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 10 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality. Duties of a Manufacturing Supervisor include but are not limited to: people-management and all the ensuing duties that encompass it, troubleshooting advanced production issues through the use of a computer; making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures; tracking, documenting, and communicating production roadblocks; and working as a team with outside departments to improve manufacturing performance.

Experience with FAB Automation Systems.
Knowledge of Line Metrics – Rundown, TAT, Q time, Skip Rates, Yield, FCC.

Shift: CWW: Wed – Fri & alternate Saturdays / Nights. The schedule calls for a 12 Hour night shift alternating between 3 and 4 days per week.
Shift Premium: This position is eligible for night-shift premium.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
- Bachelor Degree or 10 years technical experience in manufacturing will be considered.
- 1+ year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management preferred.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- 5+ years prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers as well as during upper management presentations.
