Baptist Health is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining the stages of the patient journey and establishing KPIs for each stage. This role will own the end-to-end digital lifecycle of Baptist Health patients and will partner with Marketing, Digital Engagement, and Operations to develop and implement strategies to attract, convert, and retain patients. This role is responsible for identifying and testing strategies to help shape effective automation campaigns and workflows for a variety of Baptist Health service lines. This position will analyze and present solutions for how to improve the effectiveness of overall automation efforts. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire Salesforce platform and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, and data flow management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and marketing operations

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consumer-marketing environment focused on the lead funnel to conversion.

• Experience building, deploying, and managing lifecycle and transactional email campaigns using ESP/marketing automation tools that follow best practices aimed at operative KPIs.

• Experience with lead scoring models, workflows, templates, lead import/maintenance and A/B testing

• Knowledge of best practices for email creative, targeting/segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM regulations

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and email testing tools preferred

• Experience building A/B testing strategies for ongoing optimization.

• Experience managing website updates and working cross-functionally to execute initiatives.

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
