- Passion for seniors
- Sales or Leasing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook)
- Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
- Answering and addressing community inquiries
- Assisting with resident move-ins and orientating to the community
- Completing all admission paperwork
- Providing quality tours of our community
- Maintaining current knowledge of bed availability
- Ensuring responses to all inquiries are handled properly, timely and with appropriate follow up
