Marketing / Admissions Director Job at We Care HCC
JOB DISCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing for the Pittsburg / Wayneburg area . We Care currently has two facilities in Pennsylvania and growing. We are looking for someone with the right drive and personality to join our We Care Team of Healthcare professionals. Experience working with Healthcare insurance companies is prefered along with a knowledge base of local healthcare markets is also prefered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources
- Provide support for the referral sources/potential admission by addressing their questions, concerns and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary resource for facility promotions
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed
- Coordinate the entire process of Referral to Admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations
- Work with Administrators to meet short term and long range census goals
- Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to community groups/agencies and facility team.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
EXPERIENCE:
Long Term Care experience is preferred.
