We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for community outreach, initiating brand/sales partnerships, prospecting new business opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in growing our business and increasing marketing/sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities/Functions:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients/partners and industry trends
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and events
• Reach out to potential clients and set up meetings for the sales team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with community/clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and tactics
• Track and report on monthly goals
• Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects and growing the brands
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales
• Eager and optimistic attitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
