• Annual compensation (including salary and bonuses) of $55,000 - $70,000 Depending on qualifications

We are looking for a visionary marketing maven who thrives on developing extraordinary strategies across multiple platforms. The exceptional Marketing Maestro and Strategy Extraordinaire will join our Sarasota team to bring life to our many businesses through innovative marketing endeavors, while collaborating with businesses spanning various industries, creating print, broadcast, online, event, and social media campaigns that push boundaries, capture attention, and generate tangible impact.

• Immerse yourself in the essence of each brand, understanding their unique value proposition, target audience, and business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each brand, encompassing print, broadcast, public relations, digital/online, sponsorships, events, social media, and any other innovative channels that can effectively reach and engage the target market.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize captivating campaign ideas, pushing creative boundaries while aligning with the various brand identities and messaging.
• Create engaging content for various marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, video scripts, and more.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to bring your strategic vision to life, ensuring the seamless integration of ideas across different mediums.
• Stay on top of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging marketing technologies, constantly seeking innovative ways to elevate clients' brands and capture audience attention.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, leveraging your strategic prowess to plan and execute impactful experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, drawing actionable insights and providing clients with comprehensive reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of your strategies.

Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels, including print, broadcast, online, sponsorships, events, and social media.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing, leveraging emerging trends and technologies to captivate audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex concepts with ease.
• Excellent project management abilities, ensuring that multiple campaigns are executed flawlessly and delivered on time.
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
