The Marketing Communications Specialist will be accountable for creating procedural documentation as well as assisting marketing in brand content strategy and product research. The Marketing Communications Specialist must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should have a working knowledge of content management systems as well as development and maintenance of marketing campaigns on social media and other platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Creating and revising procedural documentation

- Optimize automation and lead nurturing processes through email, web content, tradeshows and social channels

- Acquire knowledge and report on product standards and competitors

- Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify areas for improvement

- Facilitate the use of CRM software to elevate the efforts of the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

- Friendly demeanor

- Works well in team-based environment

- Familiarity with B2C advertising campaigns

- Thorough understanding of SEO, social media, and market research methods

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications

Salary:

- $41,000 Base Salary with potential quarterly profit sharing bonuses
