BEAM Professionals, a dynamic and interactive team of building envelope specialists is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative studio.

BEAM has built a client base of more than 200 clients, a list that includes school districts, university systems, hospital systems and Fortune 500 corporations. Due to our success in winning multiple new projects, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help us continue our growth.

About the Role

We're offering an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join us in Rancho Cucamonga. You will be responsible for managing and writing content for responses to RFPs and RFQs, presentations, and marketing materials.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Equivalent Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field preferred.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Preferred knowledge of the RFQ/P process.
• Savvy in writing and copy-editing capabilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as a member of a larger team.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (latest version), specifically InDesign, and Acrobat
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Capable of overseeing and prioritizing multiple projects at one time while generating impressive layout and graphics under challenging deadlines.
• Remain actively involved in the development and management of all marketing resource materials-brochures (project information, resumes, photography, customized verbiage, company data).
• Serve as a liaison to clients, consultants, photographers, service bureaus, printers, and suppliers.

Benefits

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as work location, individual qualifications, education, specializations, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The salary range for this position is $58,296 - 87,444. In addition, you get 8.5 days of holiday, your birthday + the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, bonus scheme, paid parental leave, employee sports teams, community involvement & events, and paid private healthcare for employees. Hybrid working is also available. There is clear career progression within the company as we look to grow our business further over the coming years.
