We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand & Marketing team. The Brand & Marketing department manages and facilitates the execution of the Nephros brand, while also promoting Sales efforts, and working collaboratively to drive business growth. The Marketing Coordinator position is a key role, strengthening the partnership between Brand & Marketing and Sales. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving operational excellence for sales and marketing by developing, implementing, and owning structured processes for standard work. The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for managing materials updates, tradeshow execution, lead administration, campaign scheduling, data analysis support and other Marketing activities as needed. This role is also responsible for adherence to, and development of, SOPs to optimize Marketing team efforts, in addition to the management of third-party software and tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Director, Brand & Marketing with execution of inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content development and optimization, and event planning.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies.
- Maintain event and content calendars.
- Support the drafting and editing of communications copy including social media posts, blog posts, and emails.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure consistency and data flow between Marketing and Sales operations.
- Implement Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to create standard work for identified sales and marketing processes, such as product collateral audits.
- Manage utilization of third-party sales and marketing automations tools (e.g., Monday.com, Exclaimer)
- Implement, own, and manage standard workflow process for all Trade Shows/Conferences including, schedule, budget, attendees, equipment, collateral, communication, lead generation/capture, post-show audit, etc.
- Routinely assess marketing operations and business needs to identify areas for improvement, and then collaborate on the development of possible solutions.
- Collaborate with Quality department to keep content current and in compliance with Nephros QMS, FDA’s QSR, GLPs (Good Laboratory Practices), ISO13485, and other international regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, and/or sales & marketing operations. Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a medical device or environment/water-related field, is a plus.
- Proven history of driving multiple complex projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven history of project managing the planning, support prioritization, and scheduling.
- Experience working within a team environment structure to support internal and external clients.
- Ability to seek out process improvements and best practices that can be leveraged, and drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player by actively engaging and participating with cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated and strong collaborator
- Computer & Technology skills – MS Office, social media, website (WordPress).
- Physical Requirements – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
