Marketing Coordinator Job at PMT Corporation
Located in Chanhassen, Minnesota, PMT Corporation was established in 1979 as a private company dedicated to the research and development of specialty products, devices and instruments used in the medical field. PMT Corporation is known for manufacturing and distributing high end, innovative products within the orthopedic, neurosurgery and plastic surgery markets.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with the marketing team on various key marketing projects/campaigns and trade show events. The candidate will possess strong communication skills and project management skills.
DUTIES but not limited to:
- Collaborate on and launch marketing strategies/campaigns which could include; email, print, online ads, websites and social media
- Provide marketing analysis for a variety of special projects
- Manage email campaigns within Netsuite System
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Assist with developing and establishing strong relationships with current and prospective accounts
- Provide update and follow-up on promotion of new products
- Assist with researching new vendors for website, marketing brochures, etc
- Respond to inbound inquiries from website, phones, trade shows, marketing events, etc.
- Support and partner with outside sales representatives and sales managers
- Assist with developing training guides for sales and marketing team
- Work directly with customer service, sales, marketing team and other related departments within the company headquarters
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) required, preferably in related field
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Ability to multi task
- Solid computer skills, social media outlets, Microsoft systems, CRM System a plus
- Strong work ethic, to consistently exceed expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter, persistent, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite systems preferred, not required.
