Client is one of the world's largest HVAC manufacturers. We are looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to join the team and help drive growth in our North America. The successful candidate will be helping to manage and maintain our customer programs. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results. They must be a strong executor, detail oriented and with proven experience running Marketing programs, preferably in the HVAC industry. Creativity, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and a strong growth mind set also important. Specific Responsibilities include:

• Channel Programs: Manage, maintain, and monitor channel marketing programs to ensure effectiveness and profitability.
• Serve as the marketing program liaison for the Ductless product offering with internal stakeholders
• Program Analysis: Research, analyze, and recommend appropriate actions for customer programs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and global marketing to create and launch channel programs that drive profitability and topline growth
• Work with key channel partners on promotions and campaigns to drive customer demand
• Evaluate and report on Channel Marketing program performance to Business Unit Leadership
• Support efforts for new product launches and campaigns
• Partner with marketing team members to identify audience and channel marketing requirements and effectively implement marketing campaigns for the North America region
• Analyze market research results and recognize current trends in the Ductless HVAC industry and the needs and desires of customers
• Effectively communicate with externally sourced vendors, suppliers, and agencies to deliver marketing programs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
