Cookeville Regional Medical Center is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for the promotion of Cookeville Regional Medical Center’s (and its associated assets including employed physicians, Urgent Care, clinics, etc.) brand and services to internal and external audiences. This position will organize and manage the marketing, branding, advertising, video and photography content as well as digital strategy to build consumer preference and demand for the medical center. This position will also lead marketing strategy in support of service line growth initiatives for the medical center.

Additional Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field required

Additional Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/communications experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Experience in graphic design a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems experience
• Experience in healthcare field preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding and ability to execute cross-channel marketing tactics to drive consumer engagement such as social and digital media, advertising and communications platforms, content creation, and website management.
• Knowledge of various digital tools and platforms, including content management systems and various web analytics, with experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience with all types of social media and digital media (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google My Business, etc.)
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented outlook
• Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
• Ability to problem solve and ability to cope well with change
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
