We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Daly City, CA.
What You'll Do:
Support marketing operations with digital marketing campaign execution to ensure high-quality marketing material for our customers. Campaign execution includes setup, marketing materials quality assurance (QA), and high-volume campaign content updates. This includes campaigns across email, social media ads, and onsite channels and could also extend to the basic landing page and QA of marketing materials before the launch
Build marketing journeys in marketing automation systems
Manage basic debugging within marketing systems to ensure the delivery of campaigns effectively
Must-Haves:
2-4 years of working experience
2+ years of marketing automation experience
Experience managing and working large-scale Digital Marketing campaigns (social media ads, search engine marketing, display, email, etc.) to wide audience sets
Experience with marketing automation (Responsys, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Passion about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable with the quick turnaround time for campaign execution requests
Background working on campaign coordination and management with emphasis on cross-team organization and delivering against deadlines
Background working with QA of both marketing automation setups and some light content review (emphasis on quality of marketing campaign setups)
High level of detail-orientation
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to understand large digital marketing systems
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Background in marketing automation troubleshooting and debugging is a plus
Campaign development and creative experience are a plus
Certification in Marketo, HubSpot, or other CRM tools for automation is a plus
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar is required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote
