The Digital Experiences team is part of the Brand, Customer and Sales Excellence organization under Sales and Marketing Group. The charter of this team is drive business growth with our key audiences across the value-chain. This team works with stakeholders across global marketing, field marketing, and sales operations on demand gen activities, with a keen focus on account and opportunity-based marketing. The marketing operations manager will be responsible for leveraging data, technology, and processes to align marketing and sales.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Strategizes marketing integration into seller experience, and seller-generated data for marketing purposes.
  • Works across enterprise capability, IT, and sales operations to implement and manage the integration.
  • Managing the ingestion of CRM data into MarTech stack for purposes of marketing activation, and then passing data from marketing back into CRM.
  • Leads discussions with field marketing and sales operations to optimize technology, processes, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manages processes and technology that connect marketing and sales (lead development reps, focus on hand-off/sales briefs, tools)
  • Plays a large role in the overall sales and marketing transformation at Intel.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience with demand gen campaign management, customer relationship management (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)
  • Experience working in a large matrixed enterprise focused on B2B marketing.
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships across organization boundaries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the global, regional and country level to drive enterprise-level solutions.
  • Desire to drive results. Experience dealing with ambiguity and driving strategic clarity in ambiguous situations.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing and sales implementation / operations
  • 3+ years of experience of marketing automation technologies: Oracle / Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
