Qualifications:

Bachelors is required

• At least 3 years of Marketing role and/or experience.
• Project Management experience
• Pharma marketing experience
• Understanding of pharma culture, approval processes, especially compliance rules
• Oncology experience required/preferred
• Some precision medicine/biomarker and/or diagnostic experience preferred
• Curious and fast learner is a must
• Must have strong communication (oral and written), organizational, and project management skills (meeting minutes, action items, follow-up with key stakeholders, etc.)
• Cross-functional team experience
• Able to manage multiple priorities at once and/or flexibility to quickly shift in meeting priorities
• Stakeholder management
• PowerPoint slide/deck preparation skills
• Comfortable with MS team and OneDrive collaborative environment

Precision medicine is helping healthcare providers provide better patient care by select treatments that are most likely to help patients based on a better understanding of their disease.
You will be working to support a portfolio of indications; Project management piece is extremely important. Manager is open to possibility of remote work; would like candidate to be within traveling distance to Rahway, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• This role will have several aspects of general marketing support and project management for Oncology business; specifically precision medicine team
• It will also support the Precision Medicine team on a variety of projects related to the growth and scale of our fast-growing company. This resource will be managing several projects, following up on teammates, project components and providing operational support and managing processes
• Establish project plans in collaboration with project lead and manage it along life of the project.
• Support meetings with consolidating agenda, preparing presentations, taking minutes and following up on actions items.
• Manage centralized resources such as partner assessment database.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
