Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.

Princeton Radiology Associates is currently seeking an enthusiastic go-getter who displays a “Game on!” attitude every day, combining exceptional knowledge of the healthcare industry and the market. Additionally, a demonstrated ability to interpret data to successfully drive growth in referrals and revenue from medical practices in the assigned territory is critical. The Marketing Representative must understand how to best position Princeton Radiology’s products and services to effectively differentiate them in the market – while finding ways to super serve referring offices in a way that influences referral patterns of area physicians and their support teams. The territory includes Wayne and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a two-year/Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an academic credential.

· High level of experience with technology and a quantitative ability with numbers and data, supporting the ability to proactively to identify, assess, and capitalize on growth opportunities, and to spot and correct signs of customer service shortcomings at the earliest possible stage.

· Clinical knowledge of healthcare and/or radiology preferred.

· Ability to think strategically and “redirect” to meet changing needs.

· Positive, upbeat manner consistent with a strong customer service orientation.

· Good listener, with the ability to ask tough questions and gather intelligence.

· Organized, with the ability to multi-task and accomplish goals.

· Collaborative team player who thrives on the challenge of competition, with the ability to listen to ideas and effect change.

· Strong command of the English language with an ability to communicate successfully with referring physicians, support team members and consumers of varying backgrounds, and to assist in the review and proofreading of marketing and communications materials.

· Physical requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 45 pounds to deliver boxes of marketing materials and other items as needed, and to move and assemble items such as display tables and structures for the setup of special events

· Licensed and proficient driver with clean record

· Ability to withstand physical demands of driving in heavy-traffic markets during much of the workday
