About Us: InCourage Martial Arts serves over 1,500 families in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area, offering martial arts classes, after school care, fun camps, and birthday parties at five studio locations. InCourage has been voted among the Best Summer Camps in Northern Virginia Magazine for several years in a row.

InCourage was established in 1992 under the original name “TopKick”. In 2017 we rebranded two of the schools to “InCourage”. Job: Full Time Instructor

Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 (Starting salary is $42,000; earning potential increase monthly, quarterly and yearly based on experience and performance )

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 11:45am - 7:35pm, Thursday 10:00am - 7:35pm and Saturday: 8:45am - 11:30am

Responsibilities:

Execute and assist the lead instructor in Martial Arts classes, special events, lead generation activities, and student management system
Assisting other team members in providing a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for students to train and learn
Please note if you have a CDL Drivers license or known ability to obtain one.

Requirements:

Previous experience teaching martial arts (Tae Kwon Do preferred)
Previous experience teaching children
The ideal candidate works great in teams, has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, enjoys being around kids and fun people, and is eager to learn!
