Your Role:
TheMaster Scheduler IIis an integral member of theJaffrey Production Planningteam.TheMasterScheduler IICore competencies include a problem-solving mindset, teamwork ability, first time right data reporting and error free scheduling. Effectively interfaces with internal Stakeholders to review back order status, prioritize production orders and other potential schedule interruptions or rescheduling. Works independently within EMD guidelines and policies. Manages own workload. Deliver a weekly production schedule to Operations that accounts for material constraints and plant capacity balanced against the need to achieve customer delivery requirements. Provide input into the monthly S&OP supply review to determine required resources. Execute Supply Chain reporting as required. Perform detailed analysis to manage and support supply chain decision making. Support the efforts to drive and achieve departmental and business goals and objectives. Key participant in weekly cross functional team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and strong analytical skills, be a hands-on team player with high energy and work as a collaborative team member to achieve operational safety, quality, andproduction planning goals. This person must be highly self-motivated, have an intense desire to learn and create innovative solutions to everyday challenges.

- Using the ERP system translates inputs into a master productions schedule.
- Promote, contribute to, and support an interdependent safety culture
- Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Prepares and distributes weekly production schedules
- Confers with Operations business partners to determine the status of Schedules and revises as needed to meet customer demands
- Monitors schedule status and communicates scheduling problems or concerns to management.
- Actively work with business partners to avoid downtime on the manufacturing floor in a dynamic environment
- Propose and assist in implementation of improved planning methods, tools, and reporting.
- Ensure a strong, active partnership between Production Planning, Demand Planning, operations, and manufacturing engineering teams
- A Shift : Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+years of working experienceinsupply chain position (purchasing, production planning, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, life science, business administration
- Knowledgeable in master scheduling, production planning and detailed scheduling.
- Experience dealing with large amounts of complex data and customer focus
- Fluency and proficiency in the practical application of MRP logic, scheduling logic, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance
- APICS/ASCMcertification
