Certified Medical Assistant / CMA Job Duties (but not limited to):
- Obtain and verify patient information and medical history
- Assist during examinations and treatment
- Taking referrals
- Scheduling patients for treatment or follow-ups
- Take and document patient vitals
- Administer injections
- Assist in minor procedures
- Other duties as assigned by RN or Doctor
Certified Medical Assistant / CMA Requirements:
- Certification of completion of an accredited MA program
- Current Medical Assisting certification ie; NHA, AAMA, NHA ect.
- COVID Vaccine
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray – within 1-year
