Our physicians at Medical Arts Associates in Bellevue, Washington, have been delivering superior quality primary care services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds for 30 years. We measure our success by our patients’ ability to make informed healthcare decisions and leave our clinic with a smile.

Our new medical assistant will be asked to:
* Perform Vitals - blood pressure checks, blood draws, injections, and other various medical tasks as requested by the physician.
* Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records.
* Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
* Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.
* Authorize drug refills and provide prescription information to pharmacies.
* Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies
* Learn the EMR Clinic System and maintain and update patient records
* Communicate lab test results and physician’s recommendations to patients
* Greet patients and properly check them in and out when needed
The team will have a clear training plan for any items that you need additional assistance with.

Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be a Licensed Medical Assistant by State of Washington (interim may be accepted)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications; experience with electronic health records

Pay rate determined upon hire, our overall compensation structure consists of base pay along with a bonus potential and health benefits and the ability to contribute to a retirement plan after 90 days of full-time employment'
