Job Summary:
A private practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals in
Rocky Mount, NC. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments to develop treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active medical license in the state of employment
- Prior experience in primary care medicine preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
