Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates of Palm Beach Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418
Medical Front Office Receptionist position will require:
- familiarity with computers and knowledge of basic computer functions
- the ability to multitask (ie, check in/out patients, take phone calls/messages, etc)
- customer service skills are a MUST
- must be able to travel to different office locations (Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Check in and out patients (hand out any required paperwork, retrieve all necessary records etc)
- Answer/return phone calls and handle all messages as needed
- Assist the physician as requested
- Scan and file documents electronically
- Document all necessary data/paperwork and patient information
- Schedule patients for assigned doctor
- Fax referrals and records as needed
- Work with others to improve overall office workflow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
