We are looking for several individuals to join our team in the role of Patient Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical clinic, possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a love for assisting patients and their families. This person must have strong attention to detail and excellent phone ettiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Answer routine questions from patients, physicians and other staff.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls and redirect phone calls as needed.
- Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate physicians.
- Assist patients in filling out forms to be submitted to insurance companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
