Medical Receptionist Job at Sweetwater Foot and Ankle

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive.
- Answer, take messages, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (face masks, visitor restrictions)
- Scheduling patients and notifying other staff of cancellations
- Ensure the patient's information is accurate and up to date.
- Preparing paperwork needed for the next day (superbills, new patient paperwork, etc.)
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Perform other basic receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assisting the Doctors as needed
-Per COVID-19 guidelines, proper cleaning and sanitation are included in this position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
