Medical Receptionist Job at Weiss Medical
Excellent Part or Full Time opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with two offices located in Riverdale, and Paramus, New Jersey. Availability to work in both locations is a MUST. The practice is 15 years old and thriving.
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player. Work well with others within the organization.
- Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Available to work some evenings and weekends
- Available to work in both locations (Paramus and Riverdale)
Responsibilities will primarily include:
- Answer phones.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms.
- Helping to keep the office tidy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
