We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at Fairlight Medical Center. This individual must have exceptional customer service and phone etiquette, as patient care is our priority. The job will consist of answering phone calls, checking in walk-in patients, including pre-registration and verification of benefit eligibility as appropriate; notifies nursing or radiology staff of patients’ arrival, schedules follow-up appointments, procedures and/or labs as needed.
This is a part time flexible position
