Job responsibilities:- Responsible for all aspects of the front office including, but not limited to: Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, collect/post patient payments, submit patient charges, chart prep, scanning and misc duties as assigned. This position will cover for vacations and call ins.

Qualifications:High School Diploma, computer knowledge. Must have medical office experience. Billing experience preferred. Must be willing to travel to other offices as needed could be daily.

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8 hour shift between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

• Prior experience with Athena
• Basic level of medical knowledge and/or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and correct grammar.
• Knowledge and compliance of HIPAA standards.
• Ability and willingness to take direction and be a member of a team providing patient care.
• Excellent job attendance, punctual. (Our providers and patients count on you.)
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week (full time position) with unpredictable hours.
• Compliance with hospital and Comprehensive Urology policies.
• US work authorization
