The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for general filing of the medical record, record retrieval and distribution, photocopying and distributing dictated reports. Responsible for medical records assembly, analysis and storage. Provides medical records requested via correspondence in a timely manner. Provides medical records to physicians, to departments and to individuals within the hospital appropriate to receive information. *This is a part time position, Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 4:30 pm.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. Computer experience required.

2. Customer service and phone skills required.

3. Able to abide by HIPAA rules and regulations.
