Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager, who can cover the San Fernando Valley/Burbank & Surrounding Areas, to join our growing Hospice Agency. We are looking for someone who can not only deliver consistent results, but also embody and represent our values and culture out in the community. We are a team of mission-oriented, patient-care-focused, good-natured people who are striving to provide a level of care that we can all be proud of, within a work environment that we can all be excited about.

• A successful candidate offers a proven track record in Healthcare Sales & Marketing with existing relationships and key hospice referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators and staff, and long-term care environments.
• You must possess the skills and experience to effectively develop new markets and referral sources, provide outstanding customer service, and work seamlessly with the clinical team to effectuate smooth care transitions.
• Medical Sales experience a MUST.

This position is Field and Area based, which means representative would spend 95% of their time out of the office and developing relationships in the community to generate referrals to our agency.

We have a very strong clinical team, so you can feel confident that we will deliver excellent care and service to your referrals even in clinically complex situation so you can build and grow your referral network with confidence.
