Mission City Federal Credit Union seeks a qualified candidate to join our team as a Member Service Representative. To be considered for this position, you will need to have a demonstrated record of member/customer service excellence in the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate is/has:
- Cash handling experience at a financial institution
- A motivated, positive and engaging personality
- Experience developing, strengthening and deepening member relationships
- Phone skills and outbound calling savvy when needed

We’re looking for someone who might:
- Work in banking but are sick of selling their soul to a big bank
- Work in a retail setting, but has a passion customer service excellence, and an interest in helping people accomplish major financial milestones

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
