Member Services 2 (Service Desk) - Hanover Store - Full Time (40 hours) Job at Hanover Co-op
- Provide prospective members with information about the Co-op and the benefits of membership.
- Enroll new members; assist members with membership cancellations and transfers.
- Respond to customer requests for information and provide services to members and customers, including: replacement Co-op cards, address changes, shipping service, gift cards, product returns, sale of stamps, etc.
- Provide word processing and data entry support (for example: membership, transfers, etc.)
- Assist with administration and distribution of Fedco Seed orders; registration for Co-op classes, activities, and events; and other education programs as needed.
- Proficiently run a cash register.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all time.
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent.
Minimum five years’ experience in customer service
Proficiency in Information Desk procedures with demonstrated exemplary customer service required.
