Position Description
The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) sets up virtual consultations to Recuro Health members, telephone triage and documentation in Recuro applications. Under general supervision, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, MSCs speak on the phone to members, clients, or consumers, scheduling consultations with providers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all service offerings (medical, behavioral health, dermatology, etc)
- Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaints
- Monitor all virtual consultations – scheduling, reminders, consult completion, troubleshooting, pharmacy outreach, provider outreach
- Provide members with detailed information related to memberships
