CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Service Representative for our new De Pere office to provide outstanding value and superior service to our members. In this role, you'll work directly with members to help them find solutions to their financial needs, through a variety of transactions from opening accounts to applying for loans and referring them to resources that fit their unique situation.

Starting wage for this role is $17.75 per hour, including a $1.25 per hour shift differential, increasing based on experience and qualifications. CoVantage invests in its team members, you'll receive the equivalent of $12.00 per hour in benefits*! These benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.
  • Based on an individual earning $16.50 per hour, electing specific benefit packages, and achieving full bonus.

Job Duties

  • Provide members with professional, high-quality service and assist as needed with the Virtual Teller ATMs
  • Provide members with accurate information regarding credit union products and services and refer the member to the appropriate person or department if unable to provide the member with information requested
  • Process transactions to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Open accounts and process consumer loans to ensure members are well served and to best meet organizational goals and objectives

This individual will work a varied schedule including working multiple Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working in a financial institution or service or sales related capacity
  • Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows programs
  • Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
  • Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance and have proper business telephone etiquette
  • Exhibits above average performance accuracy, productivity and member service
  • Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
