Men’s Locker Room Attendant

Position Summary:

The Kansas City Country Club is looking for an energetic, detail-orientated, professional, and courteous Locker Room Attendant to join our team. Our Locker Room Attendants work to ensure consistent professional service, organization, and cleanliness while providing an excellent experience for Members and their guests.

Due to the nature of this position we can only accept male applicants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep all areas of the locker room clean and organized
• Restock all supplies on a regular basis
• Restock towels as needed
• Keep track of lost and found items; return to rightful owner in a timely manner
• Follow the opening, ongoing, and closing checklist
• Take all dirty laundry to the housekeeping laundry room and garbage to the dumpsters
• Greet all Members and guests; provide and assist them in a friendly and professional manner
• Clean and polish all golf and personal shoes upon request and return them to the proper locker
• Assist Members with any questions or concerns they have about the locker room or country club
• Help set up and break down any special events that take place in the locker room
• Report any maintenance issues to the manager
• Maintain confidentiality of all Members and guests
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols set by the country club
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Customer service experience

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6 – 10 hours)
• Perform strenuous work: lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, climbing
• Use of ladder
