Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.
Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. Not to mention providing centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections, and even CEU programs.

We are looking for Therapists

Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling the gaps in our community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed in Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT.
- A passion for patient care.
- Creative and innovative approach to mental health.
- Preferred experience with children, adolescents and teens.
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- All awesome therapists, including BIPOC and LGBTQ are encouraged to apply.
- Therapist $70,000 - 95,000
- Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims
