Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator Watch & Jewelry
Reports to: Director of Merchandise
Division: Merchandising

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the facilitation of merchandise support for stores and e-commerce.
• Assist with product attribution, product launches, and order management.
• Conduct weekly website audits for content accuracy, product image requests, and ensure all product from each brand is displayed online.
• Partner with marketing team for online product content/image maintenance.
• Monitor competitive websites to evaluate site merchandise, customer experience and product presentation.
• Provide recommendations to merchandising team and marketing team for changes/improvements.
• Update launch product and core product materials to support marketing team.
• Assist with creating and maintaining training documents for retail teams.
• Assist and maintain floor plans and window plans for each retail store.
• Assist with the coordination and flow of information between the Merchandising Department and stores.
• Generate reports to support the buying team and store management.
• Other functions assigned as needed by management to support business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business or related field of study.
• Strong interpersonal skills since the individual will act as a liaison between Merchandising Team, Marketing Team, Partner Brands and Store Network.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly with our brands, internal partners and store partners on expectations and needs.
• Multi-tasker; flexible to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Process management skills to align tasks with cross functional partners.
• Retail or service experience is helpful.

SALARY RANGE: $26-$31.25/hour ($54,080-$65,000), nonexempt OT eligible.
