• This is not a typical laboratory position, but knowledge of microbiology lab techniques is highly desired.
• Prior microbiology lab experience is required
• Must have technical writing experience
• Min. educational qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Biological Sciences/Life Sciences)
• Bioburden and Endotoxin exp. would be great to have
• Technical writing is an important piece for this role because this person needs to write the microbiological reports as per the SOP concern

We are looking for a full-time mid-senior level microbiologist with medical device experience.

This is not a typical laboratory position, but knowledge of microbiology lab techniques is highly desired.

Technical writing (SOPs, Protocols, Reports, Qualifications) experience is required.

They would need to be on-site most of the time but work from home on occasion will be allowed.

Description

• The Microbiologist works on complex projects and is responsible for providing high quality technical support in consultation to the organization on microbiological needs.
• Facilitate documentation changes and maintenance of documentation and documentation support for the department.
• Oversees the updating and review of documentation to support policy/procedures, methodology, formulation changes, specification, etc.
• Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree in microbiology or biological sciences and several years experience.
• In the absence of the desired degree progressive, productive experience in the company and demonstrated competence may be substituted.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
