Job Description

Team members are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment and supporting all initiatives of operations and quality systems to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met. Molding Operators are responsible for following operator instructions to ensure good quality parts for our customers.

Duties

1. Ensures quality parts on assigned presses by performing visual checks of parts per operator instructions.

2. Document actions according to procedures and work instructions and transacts proper inventory information in computer database.

3. Provides feedback to leadership on machine performance, operational issues, and opportunities for improvements.

4. Performs other duties as assigned to support company values and objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, or sit.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
