Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to complete orders to various vendors associated with the loan files, including calling employers to verify employment status of borrowers. This position is also responsible to engage the bank attorney and order appraisals.
- Open and distribute daily mail
- Order services associated with loan
- Contact employers of borrowers for employment status
- Engage attorney and order appraisals for lonas
- Compile closed loans in order to send for booking
- Generate and compile various reports
- Participate in writing procedures
- Other related duties as assigned or directed
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
- Cooperate with other members of department to achieve department goals
- Cooperate with employees of other departments to provide quality service, solve problems and achieve bank goals
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and work effectively under time constraints
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Research and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Two (2) years of office and customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humilty
Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00; overtime including some Saturdays may be required
