Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE
Requirements: 5+ years of multifamily construction superintendent experience and degree in construction related field OR relevant experience
We are a full service general contractor that have specialized in design/build projects for nearly 35 years. Our project scope ranges from office and light industrial to retail and hospitality including multifamily and healthcare. Our multifamily unit is experiencing continued growth so we are looking to bring on a Construction Superintendent in that space!

What You Will Be Doing
As the Multifamily Construction Superintendent you will manage, and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, sub-contractor and supplier coordination. You will work in conjunction with the project leadership to maintain project duration while obtaining anticipated profit.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of multifamily construction superintendent experience and degree in construction related field OR relevant experience
- Experience working on Garden Style projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
