Looking for a nanny to start: ASAP!

$22 to $25 per hour + PAID Vacation, PAID Holidays & PAID Personal Days

4 DAY WEEK - FRIDAY’S OFF! Monday to Thursday: 11:00am to 5:00pm

The ABC's are a breeze with this adorable toddler! This family is new in town, and they are looking for a nanny who will foster their daughter's love of learning! With a creative and musical teacher by her side, this little girl will be reading up a storm in no time!

3 year old girl: She is shy at first, but over time warms up to new people. She likes both peers and adults. The family thinks initially she relates to peers better, but she also enjoys time with adults. The family is in the process of renovating a house in King of Prussia, but they are in upstate NY at the moment where she goes to preschool for 3 hours in the morning, 5 days a week. A family member watches her in the afternoons while Mom and Dad from home. When they move they will be looking for someone full-time. She loves books and is very interested in learning how to read. They're encouraging her as much as possible, but also without pushing too much. She loves doing crafts and playing music. She has a great appetite and eats most things. She loves cucumber and hummus, yogurt (all kinds), fruits and veg, and of course pizza and chocolate (like all kids). Nothing is taboo in their house, food is food, but they try to keep it balanced. She hasn't had shellfish yet though, so something they just want to be careful with the first time. She's sort of breaking out of naps. It's more of ad hoc at this point, but if she does take one they try to aim for about 2/2:30pm for about an hour/hour and a half. She has no food allergies, restrictions, or medications. She just takes a daily vitamin and vitamin D drops. Potty training has been a struggle. Initially she showed interest in the potty at a year old. She has been potty trained for #1 for quite some time now, but she has had issues wanting to go #2 on the potty. She's getting better though. Her speech is great, talks a lot and is very expressive.

Pets: The family plans to adopt a puppy soon so a dog friendly nanny is needed please

Schedule: Ideally they would want someone to be available as soon as possible. They are currently moving into their new home in King of Prussia. Mom and Dad both work from home and will be there should the nanny have any questions. They'll be able to take a little time from work to shadow them for training. The grandmother will be available as well to help shadow and train initially. There might be the need for the nanny to come early or stay late at times, but they do not anticipate this as a regular occurrence. Mom and Dad will pay in cash. Both parents work from home and will be there most days. Occasionally Mom has to go to the office and Dad on a work trip, but they will be there most of the time. There may be a need for overnights or travel possibly, but they are not sure yet. They will coordinate with the nanny for vacation times etc. It would be better for this family if the nanny is able to drive to the family’s house, but should they need to drive their daughter anywhere then they would allow the nanny to use their car. If not, they will provide reimbursement if necessary.

Wishes: Mom and Dad would like someone who is flexible and kind, along with responsible of course. Apart from caring for their little girl: playing with her, reading, teaching etc., the family would ask the nanny for some additional tasks such as laundry, dishes and general kitchen tidying, and some meal prep. These duties might shift a little once their daughter is in school.

Requirements:
*Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.
*Must have 3 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
*Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
*Must have a driver's license and a good driving record.
*Must have a reliable vehicle for the position.
