Title: Network Engineer III

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate responsible for design, engineering, and project management of multiple, simultaneous video conferencing room installations as well as administration and management of codecs, video bridges and infrastructure. Keep within budgeted funding.

Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of video conferencing room installation projects:

· System design

· Interpretation of drawing packages

· Ability to work with facilities, general contractors and other vendors involved with construction projects

· Knowledge of basic room construction techniques

· System configuration and commissioning

Must have expert knowledge of audio-visual design practices and components including, but not limited to:

· Knowledge of Cisco Control Hub and Administration (user management, compliance, reporting, auditing, licensing, and troubleshooting).

· Knowledge of Cisco WebEx Calling/Hybrid Calling - install, upgrade, and migration procedures

· Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration products and hardware such as video endpoints, including WebEx Room, Room Kit all models, Telepresence MX and Telepresence SX series

· Installation, configuration and management of Cisco Expressway Core appliances, and integration with MS Exchange infrastructure with the help of in-house Exchange team.

· Design and deployment, management, and troubleshooting issues related to Cisco WebEx hardware mentioned above, and Cisco Control Hub center (user management, compliance, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting).

· Audio DSPs, microphones, and speakers

· AMX/Crestron control systems and AV components

· LED displays

Require 5-10 years’ experience in the target areas.
