As the Network Service Manager your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Onsite management of our team of Service Agents in our Network Operations Center located in Random Lake, Wisconsin
• Resolving service and billing issues
• Developing and implementing service plans to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitoring and addressing customer service issues
• Reporting on and tracking network failures
• Ensuring customer phone calls and escalations are addressed efficiently and within expected answer times
• Coordinating and continually improving customer experience with support, both weekdays and with our third party after hours support team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with project management/SDLC
• 6+ years of experience managing, leading and mentoring a Customer Service team
• Fluent in English with the ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage and develop staff, both local and remote team members
• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate effectively and appropriately
• Basic computer skills (internet searches, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot, and communicate effectively
