New Business Development Assistant Job at Sunset Hill Stoneware
We are looking for someone in the Neenah/Appleton/Oshkosh area who has a strong drive to help others. As a New Business Development Assistant you will fill our sale pipeline by responding to inbound leads and developing leads through outbound prospecting. This is a work-from-home position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Respond to inbound requests from prospective customers
· Find sales leads through outbound prospecting
· Assist the Director of Sales with duties as directed
· Answer and respond to prospective customer inquiries regarding products or services
· Maintain documentation in t Customer Relationship Management System
· Assist and support the sales department in managing customer balances
· Complete Administrative Assistant tasks as needed
· Complete one-off projects as assigned
You Must Possess:
· High Speed Internet Access
· Solid respect for processes
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (this job is 100% communication)
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· The drive to make 60+ calls per day
· Ability to develop and build relationships with customers over the phone
· Working knowledge of social media platforms
· Previous customer service preferred
· Strong time management skills a must
· Ability to work in Excel and other computer systems efficiently
· Ability to work in multiple computer systems simultaniously
· Learn quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
