We are looking for a coachable and motivated Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping guests find their dream Designer Looks space and will be able to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the furniture and mattress purchasing process. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to build relationships with clients, and a strong yearning to understand the importance of warranty sales, financial sales, and selling a good night's sleep. The successful candidate will be able to effectively close sales, follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction through setting the proper expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and consultation to prospective buyers, current shoppers, and future clients.
• The ability to understand market research and analyzed data to implement selling strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, management and other industry professionals.
• Provide guidance to clients throughout the entire furniture buying process, and beyond.
• Assist buyers in understanding the financial implications of purchasing new furniture.
• Qualifying guests by making an emotional connection.
• Maintain consistent metric standards after in-depth training.

Pay: $50,320.00 - $94,000.00 per year
