Shurm Homes seeks a full-time New Home Sales Assistant to provide immediate and exceptional customer service to prospective new home buyers while welcoming and greeting customers in our model homes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent and transparent sales service
• Welcome and greet customers in model homes
• Make follow up phone calls and emails to past prospects and realtors
• Keep up-to-date with included features, community information, floor plans and design selections.
• Accurately explain features and benefits of model homes and other floor plans to prospects
• Provide marketing support as needed
• Ensure model homes are appropriately maintained and stocked with supplies as needed
• Conduct all business professionally and ethically as a representative of Shurm Homes.
• Customer service oriented- must be patient, professional and courteous.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Self-Starter with great organizational skills and time management skills.
• Fast learner and willingness to learn and able to multi-task and establish priorities
• Work week typically Wednesday-Sunday and some evenings required in this type of position to maximize financial benefits.

Requirements:

• Experience working in model homes (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of real estate practice and principles
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
