Our company is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help support our operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of employees. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all employees are meeting their goals. The successful candidate will also be able to handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure that the workplace is running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
